Do not submit a draft to Project12 for processing. We cannot file applications, represent you, or check an application’s status.

You may copy, adapt, and print the application drafts to prepare your own paperwork or help someone else prepare theirs, including at a CSC or cyber-cafe. Replace every placeholder and check the completed text before use. Unless a page says otherwise, please do not republish or commercially redistribute substantial portions of Project12's original editorial content without permission.
